RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns + Cancellations

What you see is what you get, and all sales are final. We're not Amazon.com or the Gap, and we can't consider returns or exchanges UNLESS the product is defective due to a mill or production defect (i.e. holes, stains, mismatched sleeves, etc.) OR if you’ve received the wrong order -- because a damaged shirt or wrong shirt is super lame. You must contact Wild Fire Tees and send your tee back within 30 days for Wild Fire Tees to consider an exchange or refund.

However, Wild Fire Tees cannot guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item and will work on a case-by-case basis and as any inventory allows.

Just so we're clear, that means we cannot do returns/exchanges for the following reasons (sorry!):

- you don't like your tee

- you get it and it doesn't fit you

- you swear you ordered a large, but need medium and your order says you ordered large. Bummer.

- we now have a different style/size/color you like more

- you really need the cash for the skee-ball tournament coming up

We simply don't keep much inventory so that we can give as much as possible to those who need it. Also, if it's clear that you damaged your shirt, or it was damaged while you wore it or after days of wearing it, there's not much we (or really any retailer that we've ever worked with) can do about it.

We do need to hear from you promptly, though! You must contact Wild Fire Tees and send your tee back within 30 days for Wild Fire Tees to consider an exchange or refund. Any return/exchange request received (or return tee received) after 30 days will not be honored. All returns/exchanges must be sent with a Return Authorization, or the return/exchange will not be considered.

Return Process

1. Send us an Order Inquiry for consideration

2. If your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization

3. Repack the item(s) in the bag your order was shipped in, and return the package to us as directed within 30 days of your order.

If returning or exchanging an item, all items must be unused and include the original packaging. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags. If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean. Returned items smelling of smoke, containing pet and/or human hair, or being deemed by Wild Fire Tees as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted. Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Wild Fire Tees will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $9.00). Due to the fact that Wild Fire Tees tees are limited editions and printed to order, we generally do not keep a stock of any past shirts. Therefore, exchanges will not be granted if you order the wrong size. Make sure you thoroughly research, check, double check, and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you are ordering the correct fit.

Refunds

Refunds are granted in rare occasion where appropriate. Refunds cannot be granted for cancelled orders when order has already been shipped. If a refund is granted, Wild Fire Tees will only refund the portion of the order that is not donated to the charitable organizations listed minus shipping. You will be advised of the refund amount, which will be processed via Paypal. We cannot honor order cancellations once tees have shipped. Sales are final.

It's helpful to remember that this is all for charity, so returns would mean getting back money from the charities we're giving to (uncool). If you get a shirt and it doesn't fit or you don't like it, find someone who does and give them the best gift ever.

Order Changes: Can I change my order before it goes out / exchange the shirt I got in the mail?

Unfortunately no. Since we're a nonprofit endeavor (and not your favorite retail store) we don't have the capability of doing that. If you get a shirt and it doesn't fit or you don't like it, find someone who does and give them the best gift ever — and best yet, order another shirt that does fit you and help even more people in need.
